Power supply connection
• Verify if technical data of the appliance (see rating plate) correspond with the
local electric power grid specification.
• Connect the appliance to a single, properly grounded mains socket with
protective contact. Do not connect the appliance to a multi-socket.
• The power cord should be laid in a way preventing anyone from threading on it
or tripping against it.
• Do not use the appliance with an external timer or remote control.

Operation
WARNING!
Risk of burns!
The water tank and the lid heat up considerably during operation.
Do not touch the hot appliance.
Risk of burns!
Hot steam escaping the appliance when the lid is removed may scald
hands, arms and face.
Never remove the lid when the appliance operates!
In order to add water, first switch the appliance off and then carefully
remove the lid, using the lid handle.
Overfilling may lead to hot water leaks and scalding!
Observe the maximum filling capacity!

“Cleaning”

Pour required amount of fresh water into the appliance (only up to “MAX” mark).
NOTE: To reduce heating time and save energy, the tank may also be filled
with hot water. Thus time and energy are saved!
3. Put the lid on the tank and rotate it clockwise to close the tank (bayonet lock).
4. Plug the appliance into a single grounded socket.
Keep warm indicator light (green) will light up.
NOTE: Prior to switching the appliance on, make sure that the water tank
is filled with a potable liquid. Do not fill the appliance with any non-potable
liquids, like acids, lyes, oils, nitrates, etc.!
