In
RACK CONTROL
mode it is possible to
set up to 6 timer or core values for the
individual levels in the device.
Example:
•
level 1 = 10 minutes
•
level 3 = 60°C for the core
•
level 4 = 7 minutes
Set the timer or core temperature values
for a given level by selecting it.
The window appears allowing for selecting
the timer mode (

) or the core mode (

Select the required mode by rotating the
knob
M
and confirm selection by
pressing the knob
M
or the window.
Then it the left side of the display it is
possible to select or change the values for
cooking (mode, temperature, valve, etc.).
RACK CONTROL
allows for two operation
types:
•
with the device in
STOP
mode
(programming);
•
with the device in
START
mode (work
already started).
