Power supply connection
• Verify if technical data of the appliance (see rating plate) correspond with the
local electric power grid specification.
• Connect the appliance to a single, properly grounded mains socket with
protective contact. Do not connect the appliance to a multi-socket.
• The power cord should be laid in a way preventing anyone from threading on it
or tripping against it.
5.2 Operation

• Ins ert t he bott om c over int o the applianc e. The c over acts as a spac er bet ween t he heating element and l ef t-over f ood tray.
• Caref ull y i nser t t he c onnection box wit h the heati ng element at t he bac k edge of t he applianc e. A pin in bott om par t of t he c onnecti on box must ent er a hol e i n t he mai n applianc e. This way t he connec tion box is properly mount ed.
Preparation of the Appliance
1. Before use, clean the appliance, observing instructions in section 6 'Cleaning' .
2. Dry the appliance thoroughly.
Appliance Start-Up
1. Place the thermo-hygrometer in the
opening of the top glass pane.

2. Place the water bowl in the designated
opening in the bottom baseplate.
3. Fill up the water bowl with water, if
necessary.
The water bowl serves the purpose of
generating steam.
4. Place GN container on four spacers of the
bottom baseplate.
