16. Removal and installation of the projector covers

16.4 Removal of the left side cover

ARNING

Switch off the projector prior to starting with this procedure, unless otherwise speci

ed in the

procedure.

Necessary tools

7mm

at screwdriver.

How to remove the left side cover?

1. Release the small dust

lter assembly from the front side of the projector. Use 7mm

at screw driver to loosen the captive screw

(reference 1 image 16-4) of the small dust

lter assembly.

Note:

The left side cover is partial captured by the sheet metal of the small

lter assembly. For that, this

lter has to be (partially)

removed

2. Loosen the

ve captive screws (reference 2 image 16-5) of the left side cover using a 7mm

at screwdriver.

3. Remove the left side cover from the projector.
