6. Tile disassembling

Disassembling a LED-frame of a front access tile

Necessary tools

Torx T15.

How to take out a LED-frame of a front access tile?

1. Unscrew the

rst step of the 16 screws (Torx head) around the edges of the LED-frame.

Caution:

Secure the frame in order to prevent it from falling out.

2. Partially unscrew the second step of two opposite screws and use them to pull out the frame.

3. Unplug all power and data (LVDS) cables to the LED-frame. Remove the LVDS cables as illustrated.

a) Flip down the clips at both sides of the cable fasteners.
b) Remove the cable fasteners by pulling the clips open and

nally remove the data cables.
