Sync slow/fast

Highlight sync by pushing the control disk up or down and press 

ENTER

 to toggle

between SLOW and FAST.

Note : Sync is normally used in the SLOW position.  The FAST position is used to
compensate for unsteady sync pulses from older video playback equipment.

Select with        or

then <ENTER>

<EXIT> to return.
