Troubleshooting the stabilization process
The projector stabilization has stopped unexpectedly
Possible causes:
• No communication with projector. The projector may be
switched off, removed, or the RS-232 cable may be
disconnected at the projector’s or PC’s side.
• No communication with optical sensor. The sensor
connection to the PC may be disconnected.
• The optical sensor is not or no longer positioned on the
sensor patch.
• The user has selected another signal input or another preset
for the projector.
In all of these cases, you must restore any problems in the
connections (if appropriate). Then you must run MediCal Pro and
select the proper Preset. This should restart the stabilization.
The PC does not boot or does not recognise the keyboard
after booting.
When a USB keyboard and the optical sensor are both connected
to the PC’s USB bus, there may be a problem at start-up. This is
not the case on all PCs.
A workaround is to connect the keyboard to the PS/2 connector.
