Do not touch the glass part of the lamp.
6.3 The UV/IR filter
Introduction
The UV/IR filter consists of a glass plate with a UV coating on one side and a IR coating on the other side. The side with UV coating
is marked with a black dot in the corner.
How to remove the UV/IR filter?
1. Remove the lamp — See "The UHP lamp", page 67
2. Loosen (not remove) the two screws

3. Gently remove the filter
Caution: Do not touch the glass surface as this will damage the filter.
How to mount the UV/IR filter?
1. Put in the new filter with the UV coating facing the lamp
