Necessary tools
• Philips screwdriver Ph2
• Philips screwdriver Ph1
• Nut spanner 5.5 mm
How to align the folding mirror?
1. Remove the following parts (see concerning chapters):
- rear cover
- top cover
- folding mirror cover
2. Turn screw A to move the light beam left/right on the DMD, thus generating/removing vertical dark borders

3. Turn screw B to move the light beam up/down on the DMD, thus generating/removing the horizontal dark borders
4. Screw C leads to a combined movement of the light beam on the DMD and should only be adjusted if the dark borders cannot
be removed by adjusting screws A and B

3.4.2.1 Description of the integrating rod alignment
Description
The integrating rod adjustment is a two step procedure:
• adjusting the rotation of the integrating rod
• adjusting the shift of the integrating rod
By adjusting the rotation, the light beam is rotated on the DMD: in case of misalignment, dark corners will be seen on the screen.
By adjusting the shift, the focus of the light beam on the DMD will change.
