4.6 User entry of diagnosis and management
strategy

1. On the Demetra Web Application it is possible for the user to select a tentative diagnosis from the
predefined list or add your own diagnosis by selecting Other benign lesion or Other malignant lesion and
specifying your diagnosis in the available text field.
2. It is also possible for the user to select the pathology-proven diagnosis in the same way as a tentative
diagnosis. A pathology report can be added.
3. Also a management strategy can be selected by the user from a predefined list. Each management
strategy is represented by a specific color:

Select a strategy (undefined) : Grey
- No follow-up or treatment : Green
- Follow-up : Yellow
- Treatment : Orange
- Excision or biopsy : Red
- Excision or biopsy finished : Blue
Lesion markers on the dummy mannequin or on a clinical overview photograph are displayed in the color
of the assigned management strategy.
4.7 Reports
Generate a report
The ‘ Reports ’ tab in the patient menu allows to generate a standard report for a selected consultation date.
This report includes the following information:
• Report information (physician, consultation date, report creation date, imaging device used)
• Consultation summary
• Patient information (to the extent this information is completed in the ‘ Patient information ’ tab)
• Dummy mannequin with lesion markers
• All images of the selected consultation with related information (localization, description, user-defined
diagnosis and management strategy)
