Grill burner
It is the part used for grilling in gas ranges which is
controlled by the gas tap or the
gas thermostat under the control knob.
It is located at the top of the oven body.
The holes on the upper part of the burner
provide the equal burning of gas, thus heat is
distributed uniformly inside the oven.
Oven burner
It is the part that provides the possibility of cooking
food inside the oven in gas ranges at the
desired temperature. It is controlled by
the gas tap or the gas thermostat under
the control knob and is located under the oven body
between the oven body and oven bottom support
sheet. The holes on the upper part of the burner provide
the equal burning of gas, thus heat is distributed
uniformly inside the oven.
Top burner
It is the top gas heater. It recieves the gas coming
from the main gas pipe to the gas tap
with the assistance of the feeding tube.
Lighting the gas emitting from the
burner cap holes on top of the burner head ensures
the food on the top burner plate to be warmed or
cooked.
Thermic element
It is used at the grill burner, oven burner, and even,
if desired, at the top burners. Its function is to
prevent the possible gas leakage which occurs
when the flame is extinguished suddenly. One
end of the thermic element is connected to the
releated burner while the other end goes to the gas
tap or thermostat. Once the flame goes out, the thermic
element cuts the gas flow within 60-90 seconds and
prevents the unburned gas to accumulate inside the
oven. While lighting the desired burner, it is necessary
to keep the releated knob pressed for about 10-15
seconds after the flame becomes visible. The purpose
Injector
When the gas tap or the thermostat is turned on with
the control knob, the injector sprays the gas
coming to the burner regularly and at a certain
pressure through the burner.
Gas tap
It provides the gas flow to the oven, grill and top
burners with the assistance of the feeding
tubes when the releated control knob is
turned on.
Gas thermostat
It provides the gas flow to the oven and grill
burners with the assistance of the feeding
tubes when the releated control knob is
turned on. The gas thermostat can be adjusted
to the desired temperature according to the various
types of meals to be cooked. One end of the oven
and grill thermic elements are connected to the gas
thermostat.
Lamp button
It is an on-off switch which controls the lamp
and/or the rotisserie motor in gas ranges.
Automatic ignition
It is a range lighter which automatically lights
the top burners by means of the spark plugs
when its button is pressed, eliminating the need
to light the burner manually.
Spark plug
One of its ends is connected to the automatic ignition
while the other end is to the releated
burner. When the oven knob is turned on
and the automatic ignition is activated with
its button, the spark created on the spark plug ignites
the burner and provides firing. In this case, the burners
are ready for cooking.
