To activate channel scanning turn the 

channel number to 16.  

 

 

The green light will flash when scanning 

and radio will hold for a transmission 

then continue scanning 3 seconds after 

transmission ceases.

 

 

Press [[PTT] to communicate on the 

channel  that has activity. 3 seconds 

after finishing transmission the radio will 

begin scanning again..
