This represents the first 64 virtual outputs and the associated fault flags. The information in these registers can be read as
Input Registers (30000) using Modbus function code 04 (Read Input Registers). The same values can also be read as
Holding Registers (40000) using Modbus function code 03 (Read Holding Registers).
