Using the Right Angle Adapter (optional)
Slide the adapter all the way in with the locating notch aligned with the location pin on the
NanoRam Mini measurement port. Carefully rotate as needed to align the adaptor for
proper positioning. During measurement operations, place the NanoRam Mini so that its
right angle adapter port is in contact with the sample surface.
2.7. Barcode Scanner Key
The barcode scanner functions only in the appropriate displays screens when the system
is in the Identification mode, Investigation mode, or while creating new methods.
To scan the barcode, place the object in front of the barcode scanner at a distance of ~40
-245 mm, depending on the type of barcode. Press the barcode scanner key
for at
least 1 second to scan the barcode.
