Switching on
To switch the equipment on, turn the volume knob clockwise until you hear a click and
the power indicator lights up.
Switching the equipment ON/OFF is a function only controlled from the front module.
Volume control
Use the knob to control the volume level of the incoming audio.
•
Volume up: turn the knob clockwise.
•
Volume down: turn the knob counterclockwise.
Push to talk
To open the front
rear communication channel, press PTT and hold it while you are
talking to the rear cabin.
Light indicators
•
Red
: indicates that the equipment is on.
•
Green
: indicates the system’s operation mode according to the light pattern.
Steady on
: indicates that the rear
front communication channel is open.
Blinking on
: the indicator blinks when the front
rear communication channel is open
while the user on the rear cabin is trying to communicate as well (namely, that the rear
PTT button was pushed while you were pushing the front PTT button).
Switching off
To switch the equipment off, turn the volume knob counterclockwise until hearing a
click; the light indicators will then turn off.
