Caster Operations
Hold Down Device Instructions
1. Unscrew or draw back the adjustment screw in order to
have maximum thread travel for tightening.
2. Feed the chain through the chain holder ring on the v
head.
3. Place the chain link in the link hook at the tightest link
position possible that allows minimal chain slack.
4. Tighten the adjustment screw snug, until the chain
secures the pipe to the pipejack.
5. When pushing pipe, push from the side that the hold
down device is applied.
