BURNER CONNECTION TO THE BOILER
ASSEMBLING THE HEAD UNIT
The burner head is packaged separately from the body of the burner.
Anchor the burner to the boiler door as follows:
• Position the insulating seal -13 on the sleeve.
• Anchor the flange of the buffer -15 to the boiler flange -1 with the
stud bolts, washers and nuts provided -7.
DANGER / CAUTION
Completely seal the gap between the burner sleeve and
the hole in the refractory material inside the boiler door with
suitable material.
ASSEMBLY OF VENTILATION SYSTEM
• Position the hinge pin -31 on the burner screw nut near the lower
half-hinge -12 , and insert it in the hole.
• Position the hinge pin -31 on the burner screw nut near the lower

For the handling of the burner, it is recommended to use a suitable
hoisting equipment to be anchored to the eyebolts shown in figure.
• Insert the upper half-hinge -17 in the pin -14 and anchor it to the
sleeve with the two screws and the washers provided -15.
