STEP 1: Attach the Left Arm (D) and then the Right Arm (E) to the Back (B). Be sure the hook is fully
engaged before continuing with the assembly.
STEP 2: Attach the Front Rail (C) to the Left (D) and Right Arm (E). Push down on the Front Rail (C)
to fully lock it into place. Then Velcro the front apron to the side arms.
