3. Remove the frame rail end caps. See Figure C.
4. Slide the existing trunnions out of the frame rails.
See Figure C.
5. Slide the new trunnion(s) into the frame rails, making sure
they are oriented the same way the old ones were. Refer back
to Figure C for proper orientation.
6. Re-install the rail end caps removed in step 3.
7. Re-install the transport wheel brackets and wheels.

For steps 8-11 please refer to Figure E for proper orientation
8. Align the big hole in the trunnion with one of the footbar
position holes in the frame rail. Re-install the twist lock
plunger into that large hole in the trunnion and tighten
with the wrench. Make sure both trunnions are in the same
horizontal position on the frame.
9. Pick up the footbar and position it so the seam of the cover is
facing away from the carriage.
10. Squeeze the plunger levers and lower the footbar over the
trunnions and release the plunger levers when the pins line up
with the highest position on the trunnion plates.
11. Re-install the shoulder bolts (each with one washer) through
the footbar and into the trunnions. Tighten with the Allen
wrench.
