2.3 Safety measures during maintenance or a technical failure
The pallet hook must be on the floor during periodical maintenance,
solving a problem or during repairs. During these activities the pallet
hook must be at all times disconnected from the external machine. At
no time is it allowed to do any of these activities when the pallet hook
or the external machine is operational.
2.4 Dissuaded using
Any activity which does not conform with nature and specifications of
the pallet hook and everything not explicit named in this manual. In
doubt always contact Bakker Hydraulic Products BV.

USING THE PALLET HOOK
3.1 Connecting the pallet hook PT
Each pallet hook is standard fitted with a suspension. The
suspension needs to be fitted to the external machine.
3.2 Working and using the pallet hook PT
The
pallet hook is mounted with a balance plate to keep the forks
with or without cargo in balance.

By loosening the lock bolts the forks can be adjusted in any width
you want. When you are satisfied with the width you must tighten
the lock bolts.
➢
The upper arm needs to be pulled up carefully, after the lock pin
is removed.
➢
Mount the lock pin and hairspring pin after adjusting the right
height.
Be sure that the forks are fully placed under the cargo!
