Cleaning procedure – deep clean with front screens removed
Preparation:
Return to a main menu (Screen 4 or Screen 5), enter the settings menu Screen 19
Open the outer interlock door by pressing Icon 1: Interlock Outer Door for >3
seconds
Remove the front screen by pressing Icon 5 on Screen 19.

Removing the front screen will disable the internal lights, heating and
humidity control.
o
Removing the front screen will also active an audible alarm in all screens
other than the main menu.
The following screen will appear to ensure that the glove port pneumatic connector
is disconnected before the screen is removed.

Remove any cells / media and store in an appropriate location.
Switch off the workstation by disconnecting the mains power cord from either the
rear of the unit or from the wall socket.
Remove the storage racks from the chamber.
Remove any other equipment installed from the chamber, with the exception of an
integrated microscope.
Remove the workstation floor tray, remove the waste port lid and bag if fitted.
