If this is the first time you turn this 

device on, connect the AC adapter 
and fully charge the battery.

The laptop will require you to do the initial setup, which including:
 1. Activate Windows 10.
 2. Sign in or create a Microsoft account.
 3. Set up a wireless connection.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the initial setup.
