Headrests
8. Pull up on steering shaft (steering wheel will already be
attached to steering shaft), attach to frame using steering
shaft bracket and 8mm bolts and nuts. Torque to 17 ft.lbs.

9. Attach the driver and passenger headrest. Insert headrest
brackets into slot on top of seat and push down.
