4.0 UNPACKING
Separate all parts from the packing material and check
each item carefully. If any damage is found, notify your
dealer immediately. Do not use if any parts are
damaged. Make certain all items are accounted for
before discarding any packing material.
5.0 ASSEMBLY
5.1 Model B-CART-TB
Clean all rust-protected surfaces with a mild solvent.
1. Using sixteen M10 x 25 Hex Flange Bolts (item
#6), attach the eight Die Rods (item #10) to the
Side Panels (item #3) as shown in Figure 4-1.
Make sure the flanged ends of the Side Panels are
facing out.
Do not fully tighten bolts at this time.

2. Using six M8 x 16 Hex Flange Bolts (item #5) and
six M8 Flanged Nylock Hex Nuts (item #2), install
Top Tray to Side Panel assembly as shown in
Figure 4-2.
Do not full tighten nuts at this time.
