ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION 

 
1.  Secure the Base (NO.25) and Base Wheels 

(NO.24) 

with 5/16” x 1/2” Flange bolt Screw 

(No.21). See FIG. 1. 

2. 

Place and secure the Stand (No.22) with 5/16” x 
3/4” Flange Bolt Screw (No.8) as FIG. 1. 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
3.  Tighten the Drum Wheels (NO.47) under the 

collecting drum (NO.48V1) into the thread nuts. 
See FIG. 2. 

4.  Secure the Drum Handle (NO.42) on the Drum 

(NO. 48V1) with 1/4" x 1/2" Flat Head Screw
