manual including all text under subheadings therein before set up or use of this product.
installing Strap ring/Storing Saddle Extension
1. Position Strap Ring assembly (66-70) so that the
attached Support Base (71) faces downward.
2. Place Strap Ring assembly onto Hydraulic Unit,
making sure that the three holes on the Support
Base line up with the holes on the Hydraulic Unit.
3. Secure ring assembly to unit using 2 Screws
(69) & 2 Washers (70). Tighten screws firmly.

4. Unhook the Clasp (68) to open Strap Ring.
5. Place Saddle Extension (2) into its storage
space above Hydraulic Unit, so that it
rests in the Strap Ring and the two base
screws rest in grooves on side plate.
6. Hook the Clasp and push it down
to secure Saddle Extension.
7. Tighten Screw (37) on side plate to
further secure Saddle Extension.
installing Saddle Extension
1. To install the Saddle Extension, adjust
Saddle so that the two holes in the Saddle
and Saddle Pad align with Saddle Base.
2. Loosen Saddle Extension Set Screw (33) and
remove Extension from its storage place.
3. Place Saddle Extension onto Saddle and secure
with two Screws (5) attached to the Extension.
4. Remove Hex Wrench (53) from the side of
the Jack by pressing it in then pulling up.
Use Wrench to tighten two screws.
5. Place Hex Wrench back in its slot and press
wrench in to secure back into place.
Bleeding pump
1. Remove Saddle Extension as described
above, exposing the hydraulic pump.
2. Turn Handle counterclockwise
to open Release Valve.
3. Unscrew Oil Fill Plug and top off hydraulic oil.
4. Apply pressure to saddle and quickly
pump handle several times.
5. Check Oil Fill Hole again and top off
with hydraulic oil if necessary.
6. Replace the Oil Fill Plug.
7. Turn Handle clockwise to close Release Valve.
8. Test several times for proper operation
before attempting to lift a load.

adding Hydraulic Fluid
1. Remove Saddle Extension.
2. Unscrew Oil Fill Plug.
3. Add high grade hydraulic fluid into the fill hole
slowly until the fluid sits at 1/4″ below the hole.
note:
Do not touch the Handle when
adding the hydraulic fluid.
4. Replace the Fill Plug and reinstall
the Saddle Extension.
