The mower is
hard to push.
The grass is too tall, or the
cutting height is too low.
Raise the cutting height.
Warning
:
before performing any maintenance or cleaning work, always pull out the battery and wait
until the cutter has come to a standstill.

Faults which can not be rectified with the aid of this table may be rectified by a specialist
company only (customer service center).
The mower
is excessively
noisy and
vibrates.
1. The motor shaft is bent.
1. Disconnect the battery
packs and inspect the
damage. Service the
motor shaft if needed.
2. The cutting blade is loose.
2. Tighten the nut as
described in chapter
“REPLACE THE CUTTING
BLADE”.
3. The cutting blade is bent.
3. Replace the blade.
4. The mower is set to cut too
much grass at once.
4. Raise the deck to a higher
cutting-height setting.
