merchandise (freight pre-paid by the consumer) claimed to be defective prior to disposition of warranty claims.
Most replacement parts ship within 1-2 business days Mondays to
Thursdays.
This warranty does not cover nor apply to: parts that require replacement under normal use, damage resulting from improper storage, failure to follow the assembly
instructions, negligence, misuse, misapplication, products that have been altered by the owner in any way not intended by the manufacturer
, normal wear and tear

everyday soiling, commercial use, item bought used or secondhand, items returned to the store, items that served as floor models, items that have been altered by
an unauthorized 3rd party
, failure to perform routine maintenance, or intentional or accidental damage.
In no event shall Badger Basket’
s liability under this warranty exceed the actual cost of the materials necessary for repair or replacement
of the product covered, whichever is less.
This warranty limits implied warranties to the same term.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, including any express
warranties or warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Badger Basket shall have no liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied
warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
