Care & Maintenance
Maintain your outdoor furniture by using furniture covers or storing out of the elements when not in use.
Frame:
Clean frames with a mild soap and warm water. Do not use abrasive materials, cleaners or bleach. Rinse
with clean water and dry thoroughly. Always clean, drain and dry thoroughly before storing for the
winter.
Tabletop:
Clean the tabletop with a soft, clean white cloth or sponge. Never use scouring creams, abrasive cleaners,
acid or petroleum-based products. Wash with warm water and dry thoroughly after cleaning to prevent
buildup of any residue from minerals that might be present in your water, even with softened water.
Fabric:
Cushions they may be cleaned by hand with a mild solution of soap and water. Rinse cushions
thoroughly, stand on end and allow to drip dry. Do not machine wash or tumble dry, as cushions may
shrink. Do not use bleach or solvents on fabrics.
Resin Wicker:
Clean the resin wicker with a clean white cloth or sponge. Never use scouring creams, abrasive cleaners,
acid or petroleum-based products. Wash with warm water and dry thoroughly after cleaning to prevent
buildup of any residue from minerals that might be present in your water, even with softened water.
Warranty
You must retain the original receipt to obtain warranty service.
What is covered?
Frame:
Frame is warranted against rusting for 1-year.
Finish:
Frame and tabletop finish is warranted against peeling, cracking or blistering for 1-year if the product has not
been scratched or abraded.
Fabric:
Cushions are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Wicker:
Resin wicker is warranted against separation and tearing for 1-year.
What is not covered?
EXCLUSIONS: Furniture used for commercial, contract, or other non-residential purposes, or items damaged due to
acts of nature, vandalism, misuse, or improper assembly are not covered. Discoloration or fading of the finish or resin
wicker as a result of chemicals or spills, pool water chemicals or salt water is not covered. Mildew of fabric is not covered.
Corrosion and rusting of frames resulting from scratches are not covered. If within the stated warranty period this
product is found to be defective in material or workmanship, the purchaser must contact the manufacturer’s customer
service department. The manufacturer, at its option, will repair or replace the defective parts. Proof of purchase (dated
register receipt) is required for warranty claims. It remains the customer’s responsibility to pay for freight and packing
charges to and from the service center. Warranty is to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Any replacement
of warranted items will be in the original style and color, or similar style and color if the original is unavailable or has
been discontinued.
