• Make sure that the ON/OFF/READY LED indicator is on.
> If the ON/OFF/READY LED indicator is still off after 10
seconds, switch Radiance 200 off and on again by pressing
the ON/OFF button twice.
> If the problem persists, contact Customer Services for your
region.
• The ON/OFF LED READY indicator is glowing red and flashing
> Switch Radiance 200 off. Radiance 200 goes into safety
mode because it has detected overheating or a critical
problem (broken fan, problem with the capacitor, etc.). Let
Radiance 200 cool down for 15 minutes before turning it
on again.
> If the problem persists, contact Conair Customer Careline.
• The ON/OFF/READY LED indicator flashes alternately green and red.
> The adaptor used to connect your Radiance 200 device to
the power socket is not the one supplied or it is broken.
> If the problem persists, contact Conair Customer Careline.
• The ON/OFF/READY LED indicator is at red.
> The device is now at the end of its service life.
6.2. UK Guarantee
This BaByliss appliance is guaranteed for consumer use for 5 years.
This guarantee covers defects under normal use from date of
purchase and ceases to be valid in the event of alteration or repair by
unauthorised persons. If the appliance does not perform satisfactorily
due to defects in materials or manufacture, it will be repaired or
replaced through the Conair UK After Sales Service. Conair reserve the
right to amend terms and specifications without prior notice.
