Remove the device from its stand for an hour.

The LED screen displays the
flashing ‘Cleaning’ symbol
when you press the button.
The device has not been
cleaned after 15 minutes´
cumulative use.
Press the ‘Cleaning’ button and clean the device as
described in the Cleaning chapter.
The device head does not
unclip after pressing the
‘Cleaning’ button or the
‘Parking’ button.
The device’s automatic head
raising mechanism, activated
by the ‘Cleaning’ button or the
‘Parking’ button, is clogged
with hair and impurities.
Raise the head manually by pressing with 2 fingers
simultaneously on each of the notches located on the
front and back of the device.
Then press the ‘Cleaning’ button and pass the device
head under running water as shown in the Cleaning
chapter or the ‘Parking’ button to store your device
effectively.
The device head is raised
when in use.
The ‘Cleaning’ button or
‘Parking’ button has been
pressed accidentally while
using the device.
Press the ‘Cleaning’ or ‘Parking’ button again (before the
device head unclips) so that the device returns to the
desired position.
