SEAT INSTALLATION - LAP/SHOULDER BELT ONLY

 4      Pull on shoulder portion toward the 

retractor while pressing down on the 

center of the carrier to tighten carrier to  

vehicle seat

.

 

5  Test For Tightness

.

 Grab the sides of the 

car seat where the seat belt is and push 

and pull the car seat from side to side 

and front to back

.

 If the car seat moves 

less than 1” (2

.

5 cm), it is tight enough

.

6   After installing the carrier without base, 

check the red level line on the label 

beneath the handle to make sure that it 

is level with the ground

.
