Removing the Cover

Headliner
TO REMOVE: Unfasten the press studs
at the bottom of the headrest and gently
pull the headrest cover forward until it is
clear of the EPS headliner.
NOTE: use care, although the EPS is
strong it can be damaged by rough
handling.
Main Cover
TO REMOVE:
Inside the shell release the press studs
holding the lower back of the cover in
place and release the harness quick
release buckle. The cover will now pull
off the harness and over the quick
release buckle. There is no need to
remove the quick release buckle from
the shell.
The outside edges of the cover are held
in place by several plastic flaps that grip
the edge of the shell. Locate these and
gently pull them off the shell.
The cover can now be removed.
NOTE: cover removal is easier with the
canopy off.
