NOTE

 : Repeat process for right side of assembly.

IMPORTANT

: Before stringing the strap through, make sure it is not twisted in 

any way. It must be laying completely flat for proper adjustment.
  

Once the tab is in the open position, feed the end of the strap 
through the locking tab.
