After setting the semiautomatic cycle . Press START(A) Press buttons

to wrap
the pallet. To stop the machine, press the previously pressed button once again.
5.3 LOADING A ROLL OF FILM
This is a general procedure (see fig. 5.6).
Carriage-specific operations are described in the relative roll-holder carriage manual.
a) Lower the roll-holder carriage

to make it easier to load the roll;
b) turn the main switch

to
'O' - OFF

c) open the carriage door (depending on the carriage model);
d) push the roll

onto the carriage pin
(4)

e) unwrap the film and thread it between the rollers;
f) close the carriage door.
5.4 STARTING THE MACHINE
a) Correctly place the pallet on the turntable

b) check that there is a roll of film

on the roll-holder shaft

and check that the film is
correctly routed according to the diagram (see plate

indicated for the carriage

being used;
c) turn
ON
the panel using the main switch

and press the reset button

to enable the
machine;
d) manually draw out the film protruding from the roll-holder carriage

and attach it to a
corner of the pallet;
e) set the operating cycle from the control panel as described in points 5.2 and 5.3;
f) press the START button

g) After wrapping, manually cut the film and fix it to the pallet;
h) the pallet can now be unloaded.
