Wiring
CAUTION
Installation and wiring must be performed by qualified personnel in accordance with all applicable safety standards.
All wiring must comply with applicable codes and ordinances.
Before wiring, be sure to turn off the power to the product.
Failure to do so might cause electric shock.
To connect the wires to the screw terminals, use crimp terminal lugs with insulation.
Failure to do so might cause fire or device failure due to short circuit.
Model HY9000Z is a proportional humidistat capable of performing proportional control of Control Motor (Model MY3000),
ACTIVAL (Model VY512_/VY522_/MY532_), or Modutrol Motor (Model M904E/M9184F1026/M9185A1075) that actuates
valve/damper.
IMPORTANT:
To connect Neostat (Model HY9000Z) to a product not specified above, ask our salesperson.

Precautions for wiring

For connecting wires from the load, .use 1.25 mm
2
or greater stranded annealed copper wires with insulation.
●
Correctly connect the wires from the load and from Neostat, and make sure that all the wires are tightly connected.
●
Refer to the figure above (the internal connection diagram) and connect the lead wires of Neostat to the wires from the load
in order to achieve the required control.
IMPORTANT:
Carefully handle Neostat Model HY9000Z so as not to get hurt yourself by touching the heat sink.
Wire colors
B: Blue
R: Red
W: White
