CD RIPPING
You can use this feature to convert audio CD into MP3 file. Firstly put an audio CD in the
palyer, then insert the USB key into the USB port, after the CD has been read, press the
SUBTITLE button of your remote controller, you will see a Pop Menu. Press the left, right,
Summary options, Track options.
-Normal options
Speed
: you can press the enter button to change the encode speed, there are two speeds
(Normal and fast)
Notes:
When you select fast mode, you will not hear music in REC process
Bitrate:
You can press the enter button to select the encode bit rate (96-128Kbps).If you
select higher bit rate, you will get better sound quality, but it will occupy more space of you
USB at the same time.
Create ID3
: ID3 TAG information will be written into the new MP3 file.

-Summary options
The summary options include the select track and select time.
-Track Options
Use the left and right button to make your cursor on the Select All or select none, press
enter button the select or unselected the track which you want to convert. For example: in
the below picture, the track.1 is the track you want to make CD ripping.
up and down buttons to get the item you want to select.
There are three options:
Normal options,
Then choose the start to press the enter button, it begin to make CD ripping. Sometimes
maybe you have not selected the track, so the CD RIPPING will not work.
Start
If you have selected, the summary or the track will be on the screen. Then press the enter
button to begin. And the Track progress and total progress information will display.
If the file name is the same as the file in your USB, then a n ote will display “The file has
existed, Replace it or not?”You can select OK to continue your CD Ripping, and select
cancel to exit.
Exit
Make the cursor on the QUIT, press the enter button to quit CD ripping.
Note:
The function is only for home entertainment, it can not be used for commercial purposes!
The law obliges user of CD ripping function posses the original CD, Biostek is not
responsible for the copy ripped by a final user without original CD.
