Recording an event
1.
To record, quickly double-press the EVENT button.
•
The camera now records audio as well as video
•
The camera will beep twice to let you know that recording has started.
The two beeps will repeat every two minutes
•
The operation LED will blink red.

To stop all recording and return to BUFFERING mode, press and hold the EVENT button for at
least three seconds until there is a long, audible beep.
Pairing with an Axon Body 2
Before you can access live or recorded video from an Axon camera, you must connect Axon View with the
camera. Axon Body 2 uses Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connections. Wi-Fi is required for viewing live video or
recorded video from the Axon Body 2. The Bluetooth pairing process must start with the Axon Body off.
1.
Ensure that the Axon Body camera is turned
off
. If any red is showing at the power switch, the
camera is on. Move the switch so the red portion is covered.

On your iPhone, swipe up from the bottom edge of the screen and verify that the (Bluetooth) is
enabled. If not, tap .
3.
Press the
Home
button.
4.
Open the
Axon View
app.
The View screen appears.
5.
In the upper left, tap
.
6.
Under
Camera,
tap the Axon Body 2 — and then in the upper left, tap.
The View screen appears.

Follow onscreen instructions
8.
Initiate pairing on phone
9.
On the camera, hold down the Function and Event buttons for five seconds.
10.
Continue holding the Function and Event buttons on the camera until the LED on the camera
starts blinking.
11.
Release the Function and Event buttons.
