Rails, tables and fence.

1. Install the front rail using 8mm countersunk

bolts, washers and nuts. Tighten the bolts
just enough to hold the rail, you will need to
adjust the rail height later in the process.

2. Install the rear rail using 8mm Hex socket

bolts, washers and nuts. Again, do not
tighten fully.

3. Install the fence mounting rail to the front

rail using 5 x 5mm Hex socket bolts and
washers.

4. Install the switch box using two Hex bolts

and washers to the underside of the front
fence rail.

5. Fit the support leg to the rear of the out feed

table using M8 bolts, nuts and washers.

6. Offer up the rear outfeed table to the rear

rail, aligning with the threaded holes from
underneath.

7. Insert the 5mm Hex socket bolts with

washers from underneath, tighten securely.

8. Install the RH side extension table

between the front and rear rails, using the
countersunk bolts on the front, and Hex
socket bolts on the rear. Align the table

surface with the cast iron main table so that
they are as level as possible, then tighten
fully the front and rear rail mounting bolts.
