Troubleshooting
If the product appears to have a problem, please refer to the following solutions.
• Script error appears while using player software
Install codecs on disc.

Incorrect setting of “Flicker”. Please check local power supply frequency.
Set the Flicker: 50/60Hz.

Please make sure the loop recording is 1/3/5 mins, not OFF. Recording will not start when
loop recording is OFF.
• The machine continues automatic recording and cannot stop
Motion Detect is on. Check whether it has an icon on the screen. When the Motion
Detect is ON, it will auto start recording whenever a moving object appears within the
range of camera.
