WATCHDOG TIMER
What is Watchdog Timer?
The integrated Watchdog Timer can be set up by programming. There are 1~255 levels
available. The Watchdog Timer is a counter that triggers a system reset when it counts down
to zero from a preset value. The software that starts the Watchdog Timer with an initial value
must reset the timer periodically. If the Watchdog Timer ever reaches zero which means the
software has crashed, the system will reboot.
How to Use the Watchdog Timer
(The following is an example of enabling configuration using a debug tool.)
Enable WDT
Enable configuration:
