need COM1 port to support RS-422 or RS-485 mode, please refer to Jumper Settings

The GOT3157W-832-PCT is equipped with a high performance Plug and Play Ethernet
interface, full compliant with IEEE 802.3 standard, and can be connected with a RJ-45 LAN
connector.
