IV. Installation
Steps
z
Step 1:
Configure all HDDs to be installed in Master mode, then install
HDD via hot-swap drive tray to the drive bay.
z
Step 2:
Connect the cable of Ethernet. Set voltage to apply local
environment before connect AC power cable.. Switch on the
power button in the front bezel, make sure the green IDE LED
is continuously.
z
Step 3:
The yellow system LED is continuously at diagnostics status
about 2 seconds, then the green system LED flash rapidly (one
flash per 0.5 second) at the appliance is booting.
z
Step 4:
The green LED is continuously means the appliance is ready.
z
Step 5
:
Starts to manage the appliance with the File Assistant Utility in
the CD.
z
Step 6:
Finish the setting of the appliance.
