- Untie the sensor wire, the thermometer is now ready for use.
- Replace a battery when the low battery indicator appears on the display.
5. Operation
- ON/OFF - press ”ON/OFF” button for on/off switching.
- H/T - press ”H/T” button to retain reading for recording. HOLD sign flashes on the display to indicate the
holding position.
6. Precaution
- To obtain the best results, probe tip should be immersed at least 10 mm into tested substance.
- Make sure battery is installed with correct polarity as shown in battery compartment.
- Remove battery from battery compartment if the thermometer will not be used for a long duration of time
or during storage.
- The thermometer cannot be used or put inside any oven or microwave.
- Plastic o-ring must be placed at the appropriate position after opening the battery door to ensure water-
proff function (for product with waterproof function only).
- Only use the thermometer for its intended purpose, using the thermometer in an unauthorised way will
void the warranty.
