Out of Band Noise: If the Noise level is higher then this value the signal is not valid. (Out of Band 
Noise > 60 kHz). 
Narrow Pilot Noise: If the Noise level is higher then this value the signal is not valid. (15 kHz< Narrow 
Pilot Noise < 23 kHz) 
RDS PI Validation: If the PI is 0000 the RDS PI Validation is disabled. In the other cases, the signal is
