This scale has been calibrated before shipment, how-
ever accuracy may be affected by variations of gravity,
shipment, handling, and changes in temperature.
OPERATION
1. Place the scale on a fl at surface and press the
ON/OFF key ( )
2. Wait until the scale displays “0.0”.
3. Place the item(s) to be weighed on the platform
4. Press the Unit Selection Key ( ) to switch
between weighing units.
TARE WEIGHING
1. Turn the scale on as described above.
2. Place the “tare item” onto the platform.
3. Press the TARE key ( ) and the scale display
will reset to zero.
4. Add the “net-weight-item”.
CALIBRATION
1. With the scale ON, press and hold the Calibration
Key ( ) until the display shows “CAL”.
2. The display will fl ash “0.0”. Press the Calibration
Key again.
3. The display will now fl ash “100.0”. Place a 100g
calibration weight onto the platform and press the
Calibration Key one last time.
4. The scale will display “PASS” then return to normal
weighing. Calibration is complete. You may remove
the weight and turn off the scale
