PROBLEM

THE UNIT
FAILS TO
TURN ON
Protection Circuitry has
been activated because of
a short circuit.
The power cable is not
connected or the plug
is not completely inserted.
Connect the power cable firmly
Check and confirm speaker
wires are not touching and then
turn power back on.
NO SOUND
SOUND
SUDDENLY
GOES OFF
Incorrect output or input
cable connections
Verify cables are connected
properly, if problem persists
cables may be defective
Speaker A/B selector is
not set properly.
Confirm Speaker A/B selector
is set to the appropriate output
that speakers are connected to
Speaker output has been
muted.
Disable the mute function.
The connected component
is not playing.
Verify component is connected
to the corresponding input
that is being selected.
The unit has become too hot
and has gone into protection
mode.
Make sure the openings on the
top panel are not covered.
Allow unit to cool.
Amplifier has turned off
Verify speaker connections are
not touching one another. This
will cause a short circuit.
THERE IS A
LACK OF
BASS
Speakers are connected out
of phase / + and - is reversed
Connect the speaker wires to
the c and - phase.
