.
What should I do if the distribution amplifier fails to display or the display color is abnormal
after hot plug?
Answer: The internal switching of the distribution amplifier is carried out by IC chips. There is
an electric potential difference between the input signal equipment and the distribution amplifier.
The IC chips of the distribution amplifier can be easily damaged if the difference is too big. You
are recommended to turn off power to the distribution amplifier and do not hot plug if you want
to replace wires.

What should I do if ghosting happens when video signal outputs to the display equipment?
Answer: Ghosting usually happens when the projector is improperly adjusted or the cable quality
is not up to standard. Generally, it is either poor cable quality or long transmission distance. You
are recommended to replace with better quality cable to avoid the problem.

Answer: Check if the equipment power input is properly in contact.
5. What should I do if static electricity is markedly sensed during plugging and unplugging of the
audio/video connectors?
Answer: It could be that your equipment power is not properly grounded. Make sure that you
have properly grounded your equipment to avoid damaging to the product and shorten product
life.
NOTE:
Do not replace the damaged power cord yourself. Only the distributor maintenance engineer
is authorized to replace the damaged power cord.
