DELETING GROUPS
To delete groups,
1.
Repeat Step 1 to Step 5 from the previous section,
Adding E-mail
Addresses
. The Address Book dialog appears.
2.
Click the
Group
icon and choose the group name you want to
delete from the list.
3.
Click
"Delete"
to erase the number. A warning message appears
to confirm your deletion. Click
"OK"
to
confirm or
"Cancel"
to
exit.
A Group can be a combination of several email addresses and fax
numbers.
