Creating A New Shortcut Button   

 
The product’s Shortcut buttons provides you an effective way to make copy or 
distribute your documents in seconds. This function saves you a considerable 
amount of time in typing or choosing your favorable settings. 

   

 

Before using the shortcut buttons, you need to first create the shortcut buttons via 

the product’s web page or on the LCD Touch Panel.         

 

To create a new shortcut on the LCD Touch Panel, 

 

1.

 

Press the Shortcut button on the control panel. The following Shortcut screen 
appears. 

 

2.

 

Press the 

Login

 icon (

) to enter the administrator’s login name and 

password. 

3.

 

When login is successful, the following screen appears.
